Happy Fan Art Friday Everyone! It's the final Friday of June! Today I'll be showing two fan arts. Both of them were created with pencil then modified on Photoshop. Plus one on them is a competion entry.
The first one a competition entry which is based on the World Cup. I thought that I pay homage to England. Since the competition rules had to represent some thing from the place that I'm living it seemed necessary. I also created the lions around the drawing. This is because on their shirts, they have three lions. Children were chosen for the drawing too. I still wanted to keep a happy tone with this drawing so I kept the drawings with light colours and a few dark colours. Also I added clouds too. I hope you like it.:
The second and last fan art of today is of the blog website ShopFox. One of my friends who has already made a blog about her travels around south-east asia has created another about cafe's in Crouch End. The cafes that she mentions that she talks about are very interesting and fun. She also has drawing and photos describing the cafes she's visited. I thought that I will draw her cartoon form and in a fox form. This drawing will be another gift to her. There are two versions of this drawing. What you are seeing here is the second version. I'll be showing the other one during the month of July:
There will be more fan art next week, thanks for visiting my blog and please leave a comment.

7 Day Challenge Extra (June 2014)
Good Morning Everyone! Today's post will be about the extra drawings that I created during the seven day challenge.
The extra drawings began from Day 4. There were other ways that I drew the male version of Belle from Beauty and the Beast. There were in fact two versions:
On Day 5 there were three versions of drawings that were based on songs that I really liked. The first one is based on based on Kate Bush's song A Man with A Child in His Eyes. I really like the interpretation that I made that through this song. The drawing turned out to be better than I expected:
Another song that I used at the title of my drawing was Tender by Blur. This song is actually from my childhood and I thought that it would be great if I conveyed it through a drawing. The video version is
much shorter than the album version. But either way both versions are very very good:

The last song that I created on Day 5 was a Peter Gabriel song which is called Don't Give Up. This is another song that I really wanted to represent in a drawing. Kate Bush also features in this song as well:
For Day 6 which was a fusion of an object with an animal, I created two extra drawings. The first one is of a bird with a book. I conveyed this with the book as a part of the bird's wings flying through the sky. This drawing would have been the chosen one for the Day 6 but then I had a self realisation that paper comes from trees which sort of makes a book a living thing:
The next drawing that I created was a fusion of two bottles and a giraffe. This Did not turn out the way that I expected because The tones was done incorrectly. Despite this it still turned out to be really good. I'm still impressed with this:
Lastly for Day 7, I created three version of object in human form. The very first one was of peanut butter. I thought that it would be great if I did this. Surprisingly it exceeded my expectations.:
The next one was of the strawberry and cream candy. I was able to depict this sweet in human form very well. I'm extremely proud of this piece:
The last version of an object in it's human form is of a very old perfume that I had roughly 8 years ago. The significant of this is that the shape was unforgettable. Also the smell was really awesome too. The only problem is that I forgotten the name of the perfume:
That's it! These are the drawings that I created during the seven day challenge. Tomorrow there will another Fan Art Friday post. ^_^

7 Day Challenge (June 2014)
Hello everyone! I hope you're having a great June as well as a good week so far. Today I'll be showing you a drawing challenge that I've made since last Wednesday. The challenge was created by '365-Days of Doodles'. He has made a drawing each day from January 1st up to this point and they are amazing. He's still going too. You can keep up to date with his drawing on his Facebook and Instagram page. He created this project on Deviantart and there have been so many people who have taken part. The last day was yesterday. So as a result of this I thought that I'd show you some drawing that I created during the week.
The first day was a Selfie. The task was to not only draw yourself but to also draw some of the thing that you am and not comfortable with. I showed 4 of the thing that I am comfortable with and some that I am not comfortable with.:
The third day was the theme 'My Favourite Mythical Creature' I thought I draw Medusa. Her story was quite interesting. Also I wanted to create some thing creepy.
The fourth day's theme was Gender Swap a famous character. In this drawing I thought I will Gender swap Belle from Beauty and the Beast.
The fifth's day's theme was Your favourite song title. My favourite song is 'Can't Help Falling in Love' The original song was sung by Elvis Presley. There was a cover version that was sung by UB40. I refer to this version because I was five when this song came out and I've loved it since.
The sixth day's theme was inanimate and animate. The task was to choose an object and make blend it with an animal. I thought I choose an Xbox 360 Controller with an elephant. Surprisingly I this drawing turned out better than what I expected.
The seventh and last day (which was yesterday) was to pick any object and make it into a human form. I chose to use a cupcake. She was inspired by Taeyang's new album Rise:
There were other drawings that I created either after or before I made these main drawings. I'll be showing them tomorrow.

Sketches From Taste of London 2014
Today I'll be showing you sketches that I made at an event called Taste Of London. It was held last week from Wednesday to Sunday. However I was there from Tuesday to Friday. I was positioned at the photo tent. During the moments where I had free time, I created the sketches. Here are some that I created from the top of my head:
The next four images were created while staring at the block of the floor. I was able to see some strange images. I thought that it would be cool if I drew them out. One of the was a woman, an alien a young boy, a butterfly and a couple of dogs. The four can be seen by clicking here.:
I created much more of these sketches. Some of them will be shown either tomorrow or Wednesday and at the end of August.

Fan Art Friday: Meg Griffin from Family Guy by Seth MacFarlane (Updated)
Happy Fan Art Friday Everyone! Today I'll be showing one fan art. This drawing was created using an 0.7 Pilot pen.
The fan art is of Meg Griffin from the TV show Family Guy by Seth McFarlane. Tofay I was creating a couple of sketches and I out of nowhere I drew her. She's a very interesting character in the show and she's quite cool. I have laughed a lot of times thanks to this show and I've really enjoy watching it. It has been a very long while since I've watched the show but I'm really pleased to create this drawing. Since she's drawn from memory, I realise that she's almost accurate. The only thing missing is her hat. Also I've made her look much more like an adult.
Here it is:
There will be more Fan Art Next week! Thanks for visiting and please leave a comment!

Fan Art Friday: Spot by Eric Hill and Simon's Cat by Simon Tolfied
Happy Fan Art Friday Everyone! I hope you're having a great month so far. Today I'll be posting up two fan arts today both of them are both animals and both were pen sketches then changed on photoshop.
This first is of Spot the Dog by Eric Hill. This week I found out that he passed away and I immediately remember they days of my childhood of when I read his books. They were really good. They were quite interesting too because they were pop-up books. I felt that it would be awesome to do a fan art of Spot as a way of paying homage to him and also for anyone who had read the books. For those who haven't it is certainly recommended. I thought I would add some highlight to some of his ears as well as some of his paws.:
This second and final fan art of today is of Simon's Cat by Simon Tolfied. I ABSOLUTELY ADORE his books and also his animations. I remember a while back reading one of his picture books about one of the adventures of his cat and it was incredibly funny. His animation are brilliant too. They also have made me laugh hilariously. I thought that it would be cool to create a fan art of the his cat. For his website click here. If you would like to have a look at his animations the click here.

Fan Art Tuesday: Gwyneth Herbert from Alex Horne Presents The Horne Section (Updated!)
Happy Tuesday everyone! As promised here is the picture that I'll posting here on the blog today. The drawing was originally a pencil sketch then watercolour paints were added then changed on to Photoshop.
Sometime in March I got a free ticket to go to BBC Broadcasting house for a radio recording of The Horne Section. This programme is presented by the comedian Alex Horne. Alongside Alex there's his band that play a different range of music. Most of music that features on the programme tend to have lyrics which are very amusing. This left me in heaps of laughter. There are two special guests who tend to appear on the show. One of them was Gwyneth Herbert . I quite liked Gywneth's singing another thing that I quite like about her was that for one of the songs that she was going to perform, she asked the audience to take part. With Alex's Horne's band taking part, in playing part it was truly amazing.
Another thing that happened was that some of band members had songs that they shared with the audience too and that was awesome. Alex sung too and he seemed to be quite heroic in his singing. (That was a good thing too):
Here's the link to the episode, click here.
Here's the drawing of Gywneth. I drew this from memory and it is somewhat accurate.:
There will be the usual Fan Art Friday drawings that will appear this Friday. Stay tuned for that! Thanks for visiting my blog and please leave a comment.

Drawings for the First of the Month of June!
Happy June everyone! Here are some more drawings that I created back in May 2013 while I was working at the Cartoon Museum. There are others drawings that I created and these were created before May 2013. These drawings were all created using a couple of colouring pencils and pastels. They haven't been shown at all so I thought I'll show them this month.
Have a brilliant June!:
I might make more of drawings for the first of next month which will be July. Stay tuned! ;)
