Before I started on my costume I wrote the story plan for the people participating on the play, Naheed wrote it and I put it into my notebook. I typed it on to word and posted it on facebook. Bianca who was one of the members of our group wrote the script. Here it is:
Brief for Greek Myth Play for Ancient Greeks

Waine: Uncle George

Angela: Niece (Crystal)Cherish: Hair Clip Stall Owner

Naheed & Aarti: Jewellery Customers
Bianca: Narrator

Crystal: Sister (Crystal’s Mother)

Story + script plan:

• George comes up with idea with mixing chemicals to make jewellery ancient.(we can have Waine create the pieces of jewellery (in his work shop), holds it up to the light to make sure it look genuine)

• Takes jewellery to Sister’s house. Waine: i've come up with a unique ideaCrystal:what that?Waine: Take a look(looks in to the bag or tray)Waine: don't you think they actually look genuine?(Crystal has a closer look at the jewellery, putting it up to the light
• Sister and George create an idea to make money with ancient jewellery.Crystal: Just like the ones your get on the market stall, we should should try and sell them, we could make a fortune from it.(Same scene as before)

• Sister opens the stall for customers.(stall set up we should have Crystal, Waine and Angela behind one stall and cherish behind the other)

• Customers look at the first stall and lose interest of hair clips(Arti and Naheed going over to cherish's stall not taking much interest to it)

• Uncle and niece run the stall; mother supports the stall by persuading customers to by jewellery. Customers buy jewellery. Narrator shows a sign describing the highlight of the story.Crystal: Ladies come over, come!!! we have all sorts for pieces of jellewery, come and get your jewellery here I grantee that you won't loss interest.(Naheed and Arti leave Cherish's stall and make there way other to Waine's stall)

• Narrator shows sign of the months that pass after jewellery has been bought. Customers come to Uncle George’s house to get their money back. Within minutes uncle dies of shock from a heart attack.Bianca:the customers had returned to uncle George's house to retrieve the money form the fraudulent jewellery but within minutes uncle George dies of shock from a heart attack.

I also worked on the the costume for the play. I found tutorials, on how to make a tunic or a greek dress and commenced creating the costume. Before I started sewing the costume, I used safety piny to pin the points that will be sewn.

Picture A shows the three holes that have been revealed on the costume. This was the head and the two holes for the arms:

Picture B depicts more of the costume.

Picture C is my arms covering the waist. I did this because I yearned to see how the cloth would be shown.

Picture D, E and F, depicts what will happen if I use a belt around the cloth. It seems that I would have to buy a thicker rope to tie around the cloth.
